Our services include rehabilitation, short term and long term services, as well as a secured area providing accommodations for residents with dementia.
 
 

Services include professional nursing care, social services, dietary services and recreation programs. Additional services are available and can be customized based on physician’s orders. All ancillary services are provided by qualified specialists for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, optometry, dental services, podiatry, audiology, surgery, infectious diseases, psychiatry, mental health counseling, ophthalmology, dermatology, respiratory therapy and IV therapy. In addition, Charlesgate offers 24 hour service in the areas of pharmacy, laboratory and radiology.

We take great pride in assisting residents in securing services at the most affordable rates that meet your specific needs, both now and in the future.  In keeping with this philosophy financial arrangements are available for Private, Medicare, Medicaid, as well as a wide variety of insurances.
